Appointment Procedure
The client should arrive for the treatment 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
Lateness may result in a shorter treatment time without a price reduction or in refusal to perform the treatment.
Before the treatment, the client is obligated to inform the massage therapist of any health contraindications, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or other significant medical conditions.
For first-time visits, a medical interview may be conducted.
Client Obligations
The client is obligated to maintain basic principles of personal etiquette, respect, and hygiene.
During the treatment, telephone conversations should be avoided (except in emergencies) and silence should be maintained.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the consumption of other stimulants are prohibited in the parlor. The client is obligated to inform the massage therapist of any pain or discomfort experienced during the treatment.
Liability
The salon is not responsible for the consequences of the client withholding information about their health.
The massage therapist has the right to refuse to perform the treatment in the event of health contraindications or inappropriate behavior by the client.
The salon is not responsible for any items left in the salon.
Additional Information
Minors may use the services only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
During the treatment, only the massage therapist and the client are allowed in the salon, unless the massage therapist consents to the presence of another person (parent)
The salon reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment out of charge up to 48 hours before the treatment date and time
Cancellation or date change of the appointment less than 48 hours before will result in deposit being kept by us
If deposit was not required when booking the appointment any cancellations and charges to the appointment date less than 48 hours before will result in cancellation fee to be paid by the client which will be equivalent to 50% of the treatment pri
